- Wellness of any kind, physical, mental, spiritual, can change your life. We’re here to help.
- Our Trotter Fitness Center features free weights, cardio equipment and a climbing wall open to all students, faculty and staff.
- Get buff in the Huff. From intramurals to health-and-wellness programs, we have all the things you need to stay healthy.
- The Huff Athletic Center houses several indoor courts, the Trotter Fitness Center, an indoor track, a pool, classrooms and coaches' offices
All students and employees are invited to participate in health-and-fitness programs that focus on the mind, body and spirit. Nutritional information, health fairs, exercise and relaxation programs are all provided.
Through our recreational sports program, a variety of activities are available. Teams are formed by students who have common interests in the sport including bowling, golf, Frisbee, tennis, basketball and softball. Competition occurs throughout the year. Our wellness programs are held in the Huff Athletic Center.
We strive to foster an environment that encourages members of the campus community to engage in and promote a healthy way of living through physical activity and making healthy decisions in all aspects of life. In addition to a focus on physical health, we also sponsor annual blood drives and partner with counseling services to support students’ mental health and well-being.
