Involvement Fair
- All are welcome at the involvement fair. Find your new home in one of our clubs and organizations.
- Organizations can gain new members and friends from hosting a table at the fair.
- The involvement fair is truly that – a fair. We offer games, rides and all the fair food you care to eat.
- The involvement fair is one of our students' favorite parts of welcome week because it's a relaxed way to meet people while showing off the College's clubs and organizations.
Find your best fit
Our involvement fair, held during welcome week, provides new students with the chance to find organizations that fit interests and passions. Our advice to students: try three organizations to start – and maybe find new friends for life.
We often tell students to start with organizations you may have been a part of in high school, an organization related to your major and one in an area new to you. You can’t go wrong. Find your people and have fun.
Also at the fair, you will find carnival fun with bouncy houses, games and all the fair food you care to eat. Looking at you, cotton candy, soft pretzels and snow-cones. Take the opportunity to come with your new friends and hangout.
Show off your organization
For our current students and their organizations, this is your opportunity to showcase your organization. We encourage student organizations to sponsor games or activities at their table to get our new students engaged.
Participation in the fair is reserved for active recognized student organizations, departments of the College, and other organizations authorized by the Office of Student Involvement. Contact the Office of Student Engagement to sign up.
