Events on Campus

Students sponsoring events in the Residence Halls, Founders Village, Champion Miller Center, and Fraternity Houses are required to register these events with the Office of Student Affairs.

Event Registration must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event.

Sponsored events in the academic buildings, the Wells Theater, the Underground, the Dahl Chapel and Auditorium, the Stockdale Center, Dunlap Plaza, Wallace lawn, the Huff Center and the Quad must be registered with the Stockdale Center Office.

Depending on availability of space, the Stockdale Center will make reservations on a first come first serve basis. Events should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Reservations may be made online or by contacting the Stockdale Center Office at 309-457-2345.
