Upon check-in, student rooms will be inventoried and the condition of the room and its furnishings noted. Upon checkout, damage resulting from abnormal use will be charged to the student, as will the cost of any missing furnishings. Responsibility for damage occurring during the year will be assessed by the Office of Residence Life. The Business Office will bill appropriate charges to the student(s).
