Residence Halls

Monmouth’s residence halls offer students a variety of opportunities to live in a diverse community and become their home away from home.

Students have a wide range of living opportunities for students.

  • Traditional Halls — These halls all share a common bathroom set-up, with various common spaces available for studying and lounging. Many incoming freshmen live in these more community-oriented halls. Traditional halls do not have air conditioning.
  • Premium Halls — In general, these halls share a more suite-style experience, with two- or three-person bedrooms that share common bathroom and living spaces with a limited number of suitemates. All have central air conditioning, elevators, and most are located on the northwest part of campus.
  • Fraternity & Sorority Housing — As part of Fraternity & Sorority Life these houses are dedicated to their respective fraternity and sorority organizations. Each have shared living spaces along with common chapter room areas.
  • Special Interest Housing — These specialty housing units are dedicated to their unique populations on Monmouth’s campus.
  • Family Housing - This housing option dedicated to students with families is not available on Monmouth’s campus.
