The Office of Residence Life is looking for student leaders willing to work as head residents (HRs) and resident assistants (RAs) and fraternity/sorority house managers (HMs).

Requirements:
- Current Monmouth student
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- No significant student conduct
- Willing to work 8-10 hours per week

Compensation:
- All staff are placed in rooms by themselves
- All staff are compensated through a reduction in their housing bill (1/2 off housing)
- All staff are compensated for duty night hours worked
- Staff are eligible to work other non-Federal work-study jobs (as long as there are no conflicts)

All applicants must seek references from at least two Monmouth faculty or staff members
- Faculty/Staff may fill out a reference form and either save & email completed forms to Residence Life OR drop-off completed forms to the Office of Residence Life (Poling Hall, room 123)
- House Manager Applicants: Please note, that one reference form is required plus one letter from a current chapter executive.
- Students may come to the Office of Residence Life to get their documents scanned as a PDF.
