Move-In Procedures 

All new students should check out the Move-In Day Plan before they come to campus. 

Early Arrival Dates and Times

Unless otherwise noted, all early arrival students should check in at their assigned residence halls/houses. Additional details regarding move in procedures will be forthcoming. 

• SOFIA - Sunday, July 30, 1-4pm
• Football - Wednesday, Aug. 9, 10am-1:30pm
• Residence Life Staff and Marching Band - Friday, Aug. 11, 1-4pm
• Student Teachers - Sunday, Aug. 13, 1-3pm
• Lead Mentors - Monday, Aug. 14, 1-4pm
• Mentors/Orientation Leaders, Sorority Members - Tuesday, Aug. 15, 1-4pm
• Pipe Band and Drummers – Wednesday, Aug. 16, 1 – 4pm
• Fraternity Members, Dance Team - Thursday, Aug. 17, 1-4pm
• Men/Women Cross Country, Men/Women Soccer, Volleyball, Women’s Golf, Women’s Tennis - Thursday, Aug. 17, 1-4pm
• Chorale - Friday, Aug. 18, 1-4pm
• New Student Move-In & Orientation - Saturday, Aug. 19, 9am-2pm
• Returning Student Move-In - Monday, Aug. 21 - Tuesday, Aug. 22, 9am-1pm

Exceptions:

• SOFIA Check-In at Center for Science and Business - Sunday, July 30, 1-3pm
• Sorority Check-In at respective sorority houses - Tuesday, Aug 15, 1-4pm
• Fraternity Check-In at respective fraternity house - Thursday, Aug. 17, 1-4pm
