Transcript Requests & Enrollment Verification
To comply with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), Monmouth College cannot issue transcripts without a student’s written or electronic consent.
Monmouth College has partnered with Parchment to provide a convenient and secure method for you to request and track your transcripts online at any time.
Requesting transcripts electronically (preferred method):
Click on the button below to order your Monmouth College transcript.
Once your account is created, you may begin requesting transcripts electronically. You may request that the transcript is sent now, held for final grades or held for degree. You may also upload documents to accompany your transcript though the Parchment service.
If you have any outstanding financial obligations to Monmouth College, your transcript cannot be released until your obligation is met. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.
The following fees will apply to electronic transcript requests (payable online with a credit card):
Electronic Transcript: $5.00 (includes service fee)
Mail (Domestic): $5.75 (includes shipping and handling fees)
Electronic transcript delivery is NOT available for alumni who attended Monmouth College prior to 1986. You may request the transcript via Parchment, however only a paper copy of the transcript may be mailed directly to the recipient.
Requesting transcripts by paper to be mailed:
If you prefer pen and paper, transcripts may still be requested by completing the Transcript Request Form. There is currently no fee for transcripts requested in this manner.
If you have any outstanding financial obligations to Monmouth College, your transcript cannot be released until your obligation is met.
You may submit the form using one of the following methods:

Enrollment verification requests
Occasionally students may need “proof of enrollment” letters for insurance companies, parent’s employers, lenders, or others.
If you need such a letter, please provide us with the following information:
- Student’s full name and ID number if known, date of birth or last four digits of social security number
- Period for which the student should be verified (we can only verify for past or current semesters, not for future semesters)
- Parent’s name
- Company form or information on where to mail the verification
Degree verification requests
