Information for Class Representatives
As a part of Monmouth College’s time-honored traditions, we are delighted to have you participate as a representative of your graduating class in the Inauguration of Dr. Patricia H. Draves.
The following information is a general overview of the events and logistics of the day as they relate to our participating alumni class representatives. Additional details concerning ceremony logistics and other information to plan your trip will be sent via email to those confirmed class representatives who RSVP. Please RSVP by Sept. 13.

Academic Attire and Robing
All class representatives in the installation ceremony procession are expected to wear academic attire. As a guest of Monmouth College representing your graduating class, you will be provided with a cap and gown. In addition, you will be provided with a stole signifying your class year. We do request specific measurements for your cap and gown as a part of your RSVP. Please reference the reply form mailed to you or the response form for those details.
A secure room will be provided for robing and personal belongings; it will be staffed during all inauguration events. The robing will be in the Kasch Performance Hall, located inside Dahl Chapel and Auditorium.
Each class representative will have an assigned position in the procession according to the graduating class year being represented. We ask that you be robed at least 30 minutes before the ceremony so that we can assure the appropriate order of the procession. Monmouth College staff members will be available to assist you.
Reception
Following the ceremony, all guests are invited to join us for a reception at the Peterson Plaza, located in front of Wells Theater.
