Voice Mail
Faculty and staff voice mail accounts are created and maintained by Information Services staff. (If you’re a new faculty or staff member who does not yet have a voice mail account, submit a help ticket to request one.)
When your voice mail account is ready, you’ll receive an email from Microsoft Outlook that contains a default PIN number. When you receive this email, log in to the voice mail system using the phone and complete the initial setup process. (As part of the setup process, you’ll be prompted to change your PIN. Your new PIN must be at least six digits and cannot be the same as your previous PIN.)
