Signing in with Multi-Factor Authentication

Here’s what to expect when logging in.

Once you have set up multi-factor authentication for your account, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity when logging into certain campus services:

You’ll be prompted when signing into:

  • a device you’ve never signed into before.
  • a device you haven’t signed into within the last 90 days.
  • browser-based services (e.g. Outlook for the Web, Office Online, OneDrive).
