If you’re a faculty or staff member who’s experiencing an issue with your computer, printer, classroom equipment, etc., then the recommended way to receive support is to submit a help ticket using the Help Desk program. (This way, you’ll receive email updates regarding the status of your request.)
Information Services has many how-to guides that provide step-by-step instructions for performing common tasks in programs such as Word, Excel, Windows 10 and SharePoint.
Information Services offers technology training on all network-installed software to students, faculty and staff. Hands-on workshops are monthly on campus, and one-on-one training tailored to your needs or for a class or a department is available by request.
