- How do I set up Monmouth email on my mobile device?

- Which wireless network should I connect to?
Students, faculty, and staff should connect to the MCUsers wireless network. Device registration for this network is required. (You can register up to five devices, and registration lasts for one year.)
- I forgot my Monmouth password. How do I reset it?
If you forget your Monmouth password, you can reset it yourself using Monmouth’s web-based password reset program, but only if you’ve first specified your password reset preferences. (For more information, see Specify Your Password Reset Preferences.)
To reset your password:
- On your personal device, go to the Monmouth College home page and select MyMC.
- On the Forefront Threat Management Gateway page, select I have forgotten my password or I want to setup my password reset options here.
- Can I install Microsoft Office on a personal device for free?
Yes! Your MC Office 365 subscription allows you to install Microsoft Office on up to five devices for free. For instructions, see Install Microsoft Office 2016 on a Personal Device.
- How do I access OneDrive and other Office 365 apps?
- On the MyMC page, under Unread Messages, click Office 365.
- If prompted, log in with your MC email address and password.
- Click the Apps icon (9 small squares) in the upper-left corner of the page.
- Can I print to a Monmouth printer from my personal device?
Yes! When you’re on campus and connected to the MCUsers wireless network, you can submit a print job to a Monmouth printer from your personal device using Monmouth’s EveryonePrint website or via email. For instructions, see Mobile Printing.
- Does Information Services offer support for student computers?
Information Services provides limited support for student computers. We can assist with problems related to network connections and virus/spyware infections, but we can’t fix hardware problems or reinstall operating systems.
- What are Monmouth’s password requirements?
At least 14 characters in length.
Contain characters from at least three of the following categories: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
Cannot include any part of your name or username.
Cannot be a previous Monmouth College password.
Should not be used for any other account.
- How do I know if an email I receive is legitimate?
Phishing emails are fake emails sent by cybercriminals who are trying to lure confidential information (e.g., passwords, bank account numbers, etc.) from you. Usually, phishing emails look like they are coming from trustworthy sources (e.g., a bank, credit card company, PayPal, etc.). Learn the ways you can identify them.
