We are registered with Ulifeline, an on-line screening site that allows you to seek mental health assistance anonymously and receive helpful suggestions.  

Visit the website and seek mental health assistance anonymously by clicking on the ULifeline Self e-Valuator.  This on-line screening site will allow you to better understand yourself and receive helpful suggestions regarding topics related to depression, anxiety, and relationship problems.

 

SilverCloud is a free self-help mental health resource provided by OSF healthcare that offers 8-10 week programs on anxiety, stress, and depression.

Psychcentral is a free resource that provides information regarding mental health and wellness.
