Student mail disbursement and collection

The student mail room is in the lower level of Stockdale Center. All students, including those who live in Greek houses, must use the following format as their mailing address:

Incoming mail

You must have your student ID card for verification. When you have a package waiting for you, we will notify you by email. You can collect your mail at the main information desk on the second floor of the Center for Science and Business. Some upperclassmen may have mail in Peterson Hall, Pattee Hall or Founders Village if they make those places their home.

Outgoing mail

When you need to write home, we have your back. Envelopes, packing boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tape are available at no charge.  Stamps are available for purchase at the main information desk on the second floor of the Center for Science and Business. — cash only, please. Packages with stamps have a weight limit of 13 ounces, but don’t worry, we have a postage scale on hand.  Any package over 13 ounces must be taken to the Post Office. (The Monmouth Post Office is located at 235 S First St.)

Forwarding mail

Going somewhere for a while? Let us know, and we will forward your mail. The forwarding address must be in the United States. First-class mail can be forwarded. (Please note, FedEx is a carrier who will not forward packages, which means the package will be returned to sender.) Bulk-rate mail (think spam/junk mail) cannot be forwarded.
