Jeani Talbott ’95

Development Officer

B.A. – Monmouth College, sociology, 1995

Jeani grew up in Galesburg, before coming to Monmouth College as a freshman in fall 1991. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, which was founded at Monmouth, and she now serves as a chapter adviser. She was also involved with the women’s soccer club program for three years as a student. During her senior year at Monmouth, Jeani was on the roster of the College’s first women’s intercollegiate soccer team. After she graduated from Monmouth, Jeani was the College’s assistant women’s soccer coach for one season and then went on to work in the Office of Admission for four years. She resides in Galesburg with her husband, Mark, their son, Connor, and daughter, Lauren.

I have so many fond memories, as I have called Monmouth College my home for almost 30 years now. I have seen my alma mater through so many lenses. The first as a bright-eyed student, away from home for the first time, building relationships with the most amazing friends and professors, who all became my family. My second opportunity was as an admission representative, sharing my passions with prospective students and watching them discover Monmouth. Now I have the honor to connect and reconnect with so many amazing Scots, share memories and hear about their amazing experiences at “the School we all love so well.”
