American Sign Language (ASL) Club
Description
American Sign Language (ASL) Club is devoted to ending the stigmatization of people with disabilities, teaching others the value of the human experience of signing, and reducing the language barrier between deaf people and hearing people. Through ASL Club, students learn about basic signs/phrases in ASL, deaf history and culture, and how to sign with people who are deaf.
ASL Club is affiliated with the Champion Miller Center for Student Equity, Inclusion, and Community.
