Biography

A Missouri native, I have lived in Monmouth since 2001.

I am married to Chad Braun, the head football coach of the Fighting Scots. I love spending fall Saturday afternoons cheering on the Scots. Chad and I have four children.

My favorite part of teaching is watching students learn, especially being able to have conversations about their career plans and academic interests.

When I’m not at work you will find me sitting in bleachers or on a run!

Interests

Learning how to integrate movement into daily living, particularly in the classroom.

I love the institution of sport and particularly using sport as a vehicle to discuss relevant topics in society.
