Aaron Kimzey ’19

Aaron Kimzey is a native of Mount Pleasant, IA and is a proud graduate of Monmouth College, graduating in 2019. Kimzey is currently the director of the Monmouth College Pipe Band program. He also works as a Title Paraprofessional in Math Intervention at Hedding Grade School in the Abingdon-Avon Community School District #276.

A young piper, Kimzey did not begin his piping career until he came to Monmouth. He received tuition from notable alumni: Anthony Howe (’16), Kathleen Brown (’17), Tom Cange (’18) and Jaron Park (’19). In the Fall semester of 2019, Kimzey served as the pipe sergeant for the pipe band under Katie Hayes (’21).
