Mollisa Kurz

I received a BBA in accounting from the University of Iowa and spent 4 years working as a corporate accountant for an insurance company in Iowa City, IA. I then moved back to my hometown of Muscatine, IA and worked in various accounting roles for HNI Corporation for 10 years before deciding to transition my career to the education sector. While obtaining my master’s in professional accounting from Colorado State University, I taught high school business and technology classes in the Quad Cities before realizing that higher education was where I really wanted to be. I am starting my 4^th year of teaching financial and managerial accounting, along with other accounting courses, at the higher education level. I have also recently completed a master’s in business administration from Wayne State College.
