Be kind to yourself. Increase self-compassion and decrease self-criticism. Be open to diversity of thought and experience. Increase cognitive flexibility. Find what gives you meaning in life.
What is the coolest thing you’ve done in your career?
o The ability to see my patients achieve peace and healing through a holistic treatment approach

How have you used your liberal arts education in your career?
o Creation of the Healing Harmonies program
o Served as a consultant on several short films that have a mental health theme. They have appeared on HBO, BET, and CBS.
