“I love the mix between casual and professional theater you get at Monmouth. On the one hand, there’s a smaller pool of people in the department so you have what’s like a little family who support each other. On the other hand, we have strict scheduling and an understanding that we all need to prepare ourselves for the professionalism that’s required outside of school environments.”
