Monmouth & You

I chose Monmouth because I was looking for a small school with a big community aspect, and I found that here! It’s also a good distance from home, where I’m not exactly still there, but I can also easily go home if I need to. When I visited Monmouth, my tour guides and the professors were all very welcoming and made the place feel like it could be my home, and that is what it became!

At Monmouth, I am a part of Greek Life, where I am currently serving as the chapter president of Alpha Xi Delta, our TARTANS program (Teachers Allied with Rural Towns and Neighborhood Schools), the concert band where I play the clarinet, the Stockdale Fellows Leadership Program, White and Crimson Leadership Society, Illinois Education Association, Alpha Lamda Delta, I am a Golden Apple Scholar, and I work as a Scot Ambassador! What I love about Monmouth is that I am able to be this involved with a wide variety of activities! It’s very easy to get involved and try new things, and everyone is supportive in you getting the most out of your time here!
