Kasha Appleton named Student Leader of the Year
Classics and history major Kasha Appleton ’20 was named Student Leader of the Year at the 2020 Highlander Awards for her work with Association for Student Activity Programming and at the Wackerle Center for Career, Leadership & Fellowships.

Classics and history major Kasha Appleton ’20 was named Student Leader of the Year at the 2020 Highlander Awards for her work with Association for Student Activity Programming – also known as ASAP – and at the Wackerle Center for Career, Leadership & Fellowships. The Classics Department benefited from Kasha’s leadership through two of our big events – the Black Classicists Exhibition and opening reception in 2019 and Classics Day IV in 2018.
