Public notice of accreditation visit to Monmouth College
MONMOUTH, Ill. – Monmouth College seeks comments from the public about the College in preparation for its periodic evaluation by Higher Learning Commission, its regional accrediting agency.
The College will host a visit Oct. 22-23 with a team representing the Higher Learning Commission. Monmouth has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission since 1913. The team will review the institution’s ongoing ability to meet the Higher Learning Commission’s “Criteria for Accreditation.”
The public is invited to submit comments about the College to:

Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs. They must be in writing and received by Sept. 24. Comments may also be submitted on HLC’s website: hlcommission.org/comment.
