Social Health
Be aware that your social well-being can correlate directly to your overall health and quality of life.
During these times of physical distancing and limited in-person social interaction, maintaining and building your relationships are more vital than you know. Maintaining or improving your social health can help increase your overall well-being and your quality of life. Your social well-being and your mental health are very closely related. To improve your social well-being, schedule outdoor activities with a friend or two and catch up. You can always have frequent facetime or Zoom calls to keep in touch with your loved ones and close friends. Branch out and try joining different communities around campus. Keep in mind that your family and friends may be struggling just as bad if not worse than you, so reach out and lift each other up.
