Zeta Beta Tau House Fund

A Firm Foundation for a New Generation

Monmouth College has a long tradition of supporting both men’s and women’s fraternal organizations on campus. These organizations contribute significantly to our students’ personal development and supporting them is an important initiative in the College’s strategic plan.

After years in the Fraternity Complex, the active chapter members will be relocating to a new location at 903 E. Broadway. The facility will serve as a gathering space for the entire chapter to grow in the brotherhood of ZBT, where each individual can embody the credo of intellectual awareness, social responsibility, integrity, and brotherly love. The house will have a devoted chapter room and study space that will strengthen the bonds of unity and academic excellence.

To truly allow the members of Delta Lambda to have a place that is a home and not just a house, facility updates must occur. Renovation plans include interior and exterior updates, along with landscaping for the front and back of the house. Over the next year, we aim to raise more than $480,000 in current and pledged gifts for these renovations

Zeta Beta Tau Fundraising Progress

Goal amount: $480,000 Goal
Current amount:$241,956 Raised and Pledged

Construction on the house will begin when 100 percent of the renovation costs are pledged and 75 percent is in hand. Once the funds for the renovations are reached, we hope to push for an additional $300,000 to establish an endowed maintenance fund that will ensure the longevity and maintenance of the new Delta Lambda ZBT House.

Let us pass along the legacy of brotherhood with a fraternity house the brothers of Zeta Beta Tau can be proud to call home.

Below are unique opportunities for naming, memorial, and leadership gifts.
