Fighting Scots Society
The Fighting Scots Society supports student-athletes and coaches, maintaining and growing a premiere athletics program.
COVID-19 might have prevented us from having intercollegiate athletics this fall, but we intend to maintain our strong tradition of athletics.
Gifts to the Fighting Scots Society this year will be used to look toward the future for the Fighting Scots, as well as help to cover the costs of innovation by our great coaches to keep the Scots Spirit strong.

Traditionally, the Fighting Scots Society has provided for an athletics project every year. This year, our project involves an old favorite, the entrance to the Trotter Fitness Complex. Check out our Fall Fundraising project here!
Completed Projects
- Our Kane Varsity Room, one of the projects made possible by the Fighting Scots Society.
- Peacock Memorial Park can be heard loud and clear thanks to a new sound system supported by the Fighting Scots Society.
- The first thing our teams see as they exit the locker rooms in the Huff Athletic Center is this mural featuring some of Monmouth’s proudest moments in athletics. It was funded by the Fighting Scots Society.
- These fresh uniforms and blinds in the Pepper Natatorium were provided by the Fighting Scots Society.
2018-19
The athletic training and hydrotherapy rooms renovation in the Huff Athletic Center is vital to the student-athletes who use these spaces on a daily basis. As our programs have grown, so have our student-athletes’ needs. Updated equipment and tubs help our student-athletes recover more quickly and continue to grow in their respective sport.
2017-18
Updates to the Trotter Fitness Complex were installed, including new equipment, flooring and wall graphics.
2016-18
A new voice came to Peacock Memorial Athletic Park as the sound system for baseball and soccer was upgraded. New soccer scoreboards were also installed.
