Guests are encouraged to stay in a convenient campus residence hall. The well-appointed halls are modern, attractive and feature air conditioning and elevators.
Most rooms are arranged in suites of two bedrooms, each bedroom containing two twin beds and sharing a single bathroom. Some suites also feature a shared living room.
If you prefer more privacy, you may reserve an entire suite for $80 per night. Some suites also contain a living room, while a few rooms include accommodations for
persons with physical disabilities. Please indicate on your Registration Form if special arrangements are needed. While campus housing is convenient and affordable, rooms are also available at several area hotels.

Refund Policy
Cancellations prior to May 12 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 12

If you need special dietary, lodging or transportation arrangement, please note your request on the Registration Form.
Housing
Alumni and their guests are encouraged to stay on campus in our residence halls. Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets (one per bed) are provided. Each bedroom is part of a suite. A typical suite arrangement consists of two individual bedrooms with a shared bath. Some suites also feature a shared living room.
Meals
Advance reservations are required. Each morning by 7 a.m., a continental breakfast including coffee, juice, muffins or rolls will be served in the main floor lobby. Each evening, a reception complete with beverages and snacks will be held in the main floor lounge.
Transportation
Golf carts and shuttles will be available to assist with transportation to and from residence halls and events. We can also assist you if transportation is needed to and from the airport or train. Please contact Alumni Relations at 309-457-2231.
