How to Apply

Applying to Monmouth College is a straightforward and easy process. We review each application with the whole student in mind— grades are important to us, but so is everything else about who you are and who you want to become.

All applicants must submit:

1. An application for admission

Use one of the following two options. Either application is accepted and you only need to submit one OR the other:

The Common Application

The Monmouth College Application

Already started? The links above will also take you back to a landing page where you can log back in to finish and submit either application.

Students who have already graduated from high school and have earned college credit after their high school graduation should apply as transfer students. Students earning college credit prior to their high school graduation should apply as first-time freshmen, including those who will earn an associate’s degree at the same time as their high school diploma.

2. Official transcripts

We’ll need copies of official transcripts from your high school, for first-year applicants, or from the college or colleges you’ve attended, for transfer applicants.

3. Test scores OPTIONAL

Monmouth is proudly test optional. While we welcome the submission of standardized test scores, students are not required to submit them to complete their application. Read more about our test optional policy.
