We all get by with a little help from friends. At Monmouth, we have peer tutors for many of our classes and subjects who will provide a little extra help. -
A little confused? Our advisors work with you individually to declare your major, schedule classes, and keep you on track for graduation on time. -
Our professors also are advisors, working with you from day one to answer all your questions - big or small. -

We do not want you to get caught up in any fears or misconceptions you may have about yourself. We understand that sometimes we get in our own way which can make for a bumpy road ahead. Here at the ACE (Academic & Career Excellence), we believe in you – even if you have had setbacks – you can STILL achieve excellence and we are here to show you the way.
We have strategically placed the Wackerle Center for Career, Leadership & Fellowships, Accessibility Services Office, the Registrar, Global Engagement & Study Abroad, and Student Success together to form the Center for Academic & Career Excellence (ACE), so you have a one-stop source for all things related to academics, careers and support. These offices provide a caring staff, a wealth of information and services that help you meet your full potential.
Wackerle Center for Career, Leadership & Fellowships
We get it. Applying for internships and jobs can feel like swimming in a sea of resumes and job postings. From your first semester at Monmouth, we work individually with each student to identify where your major, skills, and interest intersect – and we show you how you can turn that into a career.
Academic Support
College coursework is quite different than the experience you may have had in high school. We offer students a variety of support including academic coaching, tutoring and supplemental instruction. Schedule a one-on one meeting with a coach.
Accessibility Services
We believe every student has the right to receive accommodations that will help them learn and develop to their fullest potential. Need a little extra instruction, a little extra time, or something else? Let us know!
Registrar
Ready to declare your major? Change your major? Or add a minor (or two!)? The Registrar’s Office can help you with all of that and more. Trying to fit in all your classes, a study abroad opportunity, athletics, and more? We can help you with that, too.
Global Engagement & Study Abroad
Pack your bags! There is a great big wide world out there to explore, and we want to help you get out and see it all, or at least some of it. With options all over the globe, and programs ranging from one week to a full semester, you create your perfect experience. Find your trip, and we’ll work with you from take off to touch down.
