Resources & Opportunities
Learn anatomy in virtual reality
Our anatomy and physiology classes use virtual reality stations to help students explore the heart and other organs up close.
Our Center for Science and Business features an anatomy lab where students can work with a cadaver to hone anatomy skills.
Introduction to Health Careers class
In addition to a variety of science courses and majors, we offer an “Introduction to Health Careers” class (BIOL 207) for students interested in exploring medicine or other health professions.
The class informs students about career choices in the health professions and to review expectations and requirements for successful applicants to professional school. The class features guest speakers and hands-on activities such as suturing and blood pressure checks.
