The Monmouth College Jazz Band, Jazz Combos, and Big Band are directed by Professor Stephen Richter. The Big Band plays at numerous events and concerts throughout the year, including the Elmhurst Jazz Festival each February. Students in this ensemble often form combos that rehearse at the students’ convenience.
