Monmouth / Involvement

A student's development of his or her leadership abilities and strengths starts with self-motivation and introspection. As students examine their own strengths and weaknesses, the values they hold, and their interests, they begin to understand themselves and how to leverage and develop their talents.

Leadership development is a never-ending process, with success found only through perseverance and a persistent dedication to learning. Students best practice these skills at Monmouth College by becoming involved in campus life.
