Membership in a women's fraternity has many benefits from scholastic support, to social activities, to career networking. Fraternity recruitment activities allow a woman to meet each organization, called a chapter, and learn more about them and their members. Participation does not obligate a student to actually join an organization, although it is generally required in order to be offered an invitation to join a women's fraternity.
These resources will help students get the most out of their participation in women's fraternity recruitment.
