In the summer of 2010, Monmouth College initiated SOFIA, an innovative three-week program that allows select new and returning students to conduct in-depth research and inquiry with Monmouth faculty. Due to the pilot program's success, faculty members are busy preparing for the second annual SOFIA program in August 2011.
