Most Monmouth College students who reside on-campus pick up their mail from the lower level of the Stockdale Center. Students who live in Peterson Hall, North Hall and Founders Village will have mail delivered to their halls in the afternoon.
All packages are delivered to the Mail Room in the Stockdale Center. Students will receive a package slip in their mailbox notifying them of a package. These packages may be picked up during regular mail room hours.

Important documents may be mailed to each student via the student mailboxes. These documents include items the institution has determined required to be disbursed to each student. Departments or groups may not use student mail boxes for promotional materials unless each item includes a box number.
Approved items would include:
- Registration Materials: Course Selection Catalog, Course Schedules, Etc.
- Campus Crime Reports
- Health and Safety Information
- Residence Hall Closing Information
- Residence Hall Sign Up
- Other Emergency notifications
Students may cash personal checks made payable to Monmouth College in the amounts of $5, $10, $15 and $20. Only one check may be cashed per student per day. No payroll or two party checks.US Postage Stamps

Students mailing a package off campus via USPS will need to go to the Monmouth Post Office. The Post Office is located at 235 South 1st Street, Monmouth, Illinois. To send a package through an overnight courier (ex. Fed Ex or UPS) students will need to call the courier directly, then bring package to the Stockdale Center office for pick up. Automatic Teller Machine
An Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), located in the lower level of the Stockdale Center, allows you to do your banking on campus. This machine is affiliated with the Midwest Bank of Western Illinois. It is accessible for customers using Cirrus, Shazam, Zip 24, Master Card, Express Cash, and Discover Novus cash network.Student Payroll Checks
Students employed through Monmouth College or ARAMARK receive checks on the 13th and 28th of each month. If the date falls over a weekend, the checks will be issued on the previous Friday. Checks will be held at the college over breaks. Students may pick up checks with a valid college ID at the Business Office in Poling Hall. Direct deposit arrangements may be made with the financial aid office.
