Senior art exhibit now on display at MC

Two exhibits by Monmouth College senior art majors will be on display this month in the Len G. Everett Gallery of Hewes Library.
The first installment of the annual spring exhibit is on display through April 17. A second installment will be presented April 18 – May 3.
Titled “Creepy-Gritty-Trashy-Rusty,” the current exhibit features the works of Courtney Bennett of Aledo, Allyson Frazier of Schaumburg, Chloe Rempe of Fort Madison, Iowa, and Connor Shields of Naperville. A reception for the artists will be held on April 7 from 1 – 3 p.m. The students will give oral presentations about their work on April 12 at 10 a.m. in the gallery.
The Everett Gallery is open Mondays through Thursdays, 7:30 a.m. to midnight; Fridays, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays, noon to midnight.
