Scots Roast project to be topic of Associates program

Monmouth College student Vinnie Peluso, a junior from Carpentersville, will present the next Monmouth Associates luncheon program on Nov. 17 at noon in the Whiteman-McMillan Highlander Room of the college’s Stockdale Center.

Peluso will share the story of the highly successful Scots Roast entrepreneurial project. He is the interdisciplinary project’s director of social media and promotions. Also on hand will be the project’s faculty advisers – assistant professor of chemistry Brad Sturgeon and assistant professor of political economy and commerce Keith Williams.
 
The program is free; a buffet lunch costs $10. Reservations can be made by calling 309-457-2316 by Nov. 15 or by e-mail at mcarwile@monmouthcollege.edu.
