“The World in Cupcakes” greeted Earth Day diners at the evening meal in Monmouth College’s Main Dining Room. Jo Serven, a baker for the college’s ARAMARK food service, was assisted in the tasty and colorful project by Joyce Melton, Roxann Forrester, Lisa Ward and Patty Talley. “They did a fantastic job,” said executive chef Kim Fornero.
