Public performance of 'The Frog Prince' scheduled for Nov. 17

A free public performance of “The Frog Prince” will be staged on Nov. 17 at 2 p.m. in Monmouth College’s Wells Theater.
 
Directed and adapted for the stage by MC theatre faculty member C.D. Adamson, the play was staged at the Warren County Public Library and at three Monmouth schools in the week leading up to the public performance.
 
Written by Monty Python comedy group member Eric Idle, “The Frog Prince” is a charming adaptation of the original Brothers Grimm tale of a spoiled princess who befriends a frog.
 
Monmouth College students in the cast include Adam Duffield, Emily Frazier, Jason Roepke, Colleen Sinclair, Natalie Stortoni, Roy Sye, Jill Turley and Tiesha Williams.
