Kinkaid to speak on leadership at Monmouth Associates

Stephanie Kinkaid, program coordinator of the Wackerle Career and Leadership Center at Monmouth College, will address the final Monmouth Associates luncheon of the academic year on May 15 at noon in the Whiteman-McMillan Highlander Room of the college’s Stockdale Center.
Kinkaid’s remarks will be especially targeted to members of the 2014 West Central Leadership graduating class, who will receive their diplomas at the event. The annual program teaches residents of Warren and Henderson counties about western Illinois, its people and the leadership skills necessary to help bring about economic and community revitalization.
Graduating will be: Nick Carlson, Gavin Halpin and Jennifer Sanberg of Monmouth College; Erin Heinrich of Jamieson Community Center; Kang Hee Hong and Estefania Vazquez of the Regional Office of Education; and Kim McKeown of Midwest Bank of Illinois.
A graduate of Illinois State University, Kinkaid joined MC’s staff in 2011.
The program is free; an optional buffet lunch costs $10. Reservations can be made by calling 309-457-2316 by May 13.
A free shuttle van transports passengers from two locations to every Associates luncheon. The van will stop at the Faith United Presbyterian Church parking lot at 11:45 a.m. and at the northeast quadrant of the Public Square at approximately 11:50 a.m. It will return to both locations immediately following the program. Shuttle reservations should be made by calling the above number.
