The Midwest Leadership Award is for incoming first-time freshmen students. Five scholarships are awarded at $2,500 each. The award is renewable for four years based on academic standing. Recipients will be selected based on demonstrated leadership experience and potential contributions to the Monmouth College community.
Requirements
- The student must be accepted for admission with all required scholarship information submitted by January 13, 2012.
- The student must submit a cover letter showing interest along with a resume showing the student's leadership or scholarly activities that have been preparatory to become a campus leader or Midwest Leader. Resume and cover letter must be emailed to kcozadd@monmouthcollege.edu or postmarked and mailed to the Admissions Office by January 13, 2012.
- The student must attend an on-campus interview with various Monmouth campus leaders on either Saturday, February 4, 2012 or Saturday, February 18, 2012.
