First-time Freshman Admissions Process
- Fully complete the application for admission.
- If you are a student currently attending school in the United States, apply here.
- If you are a student currently attending school in a country other than the United States, apply here.
- If you are an American citizen living abroad, apply here.

Submit official high school transcripts. They must be sent directly from your high school to Monmouth College.

Submit official ACT or SAT test score(s). These need to be sent directly from the testing service or be included on your high school transcript. If you present more than one set of test scores, only the highest score will be considered.

Provide two letters of recommendation; one character (for example: coach, pastor, employer, counselor) and one academic (for example: high school teacher, counselor).

In approximately 250 words, write on one of the following topics and submit it to the Admissions Office:
- Evaluate a significant experience, risk you have taken, or ethical dilemma you have faced and its impact on you.
- What does a college education mean to you?

Transfer Admissions Process
- Fully complete the application for admission.
- If you are a student currently attending school in the United States, apply here.
- If you are a student currently attending school in a country other than the United States, apply here.
- Send official transcripts from all colleges previously attended.
- Official high school transcripts and test scores are required of transfer students with less than 24 transferable credit hours.
Additional Information for Transfer Students:
- A cumulative grade point average of 2.25 is required for admission.
- Only grades of C- or better will transfer. Most classes from accredited colleges will transfer.
