 Instructions for our online application:
1.  Enter a response to each item on the application. Use the form to submit your application online or print out the completed application form and mail to:

There is no application fee.

2.  An official secondary school transcript is required of all applicants. Transfer students should also submit official transcripts from each college previously attended.

3.  All freshmen candidates are required to submit scores from either the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or the American College Test (ACT). Monmouth will accept scores as part of your official transcript. Our ACT code is 1084 and our SAT code is 1484.

4.  Applications are considered immediately following receipt of all application materials, and applicants are notified promptly.
