The Monmouth College Writing Center peer tutors, who come from majors across the campus, work with writers at any stage of their writing processes, from planning to drafting to revising to editing. The focus of the session depends on the individual student's needs and goals.
The Monmouth College Writing Center, located on the third floor of the MLC, strives to develop better writers and not just better individual papers. With this in mind, the peer tutors work interactively with the writers, offering friendly support and helping them to develop and improve their overall writing skills.
