Learning Strategies Workshops

Learning Strategies Workshops provide an opportunity to develop general learning skills that are essential to academic success. Workshops are a voluntary program, in collaboration with the Introduction to Libral Arts (ILA) class in the Fall semester, and targeted to first year students. In the spring semester, workshops are geared towards those who have an interest in expanding academic study skills. Workshops are open to ALL students! Students are encouraged to attend workshops that fit their individual needs.

Workshops focus on topics such as test anxiety, time management, stress management, critical thinking, and note taking techniques.
