Step 1. Insert the pre-determined shipping charges, as specified by the Registrar's office.
- Please direct all questions about the cost of shipping to the MC Registrar's Office at 309-457-2326.
- Insert the amount (as determined by the Registrar's Office) required for shipping the transcript.
Step 2. Click on the Make Payment button to begin your online payment process, to begin payment process for the expedited shipping charges.
Step 3. Submit the transcript request form to our office by using one of the following methods: Fax (309-457-2235), scan and email as an attachment to registrar@monmouthcollege.edu or mail your official Transcript Request Form to:

Note: We must receive a transcript request that includes your signature in order to release your records.
- Your online order can be canceled at anytime during the process.
- To finish your payment click on the PAY button in the final screen.
- If you choose to cancel the online payment option, you will be returned to the MC transcript page.
