Brice W. Seifert
I began my professional career as a mechanical engineer working at a large factory in Mississippi. As I gained experience, I began working as a plant manager (i.e., running the day-to-day factory operations). At some point in my life, I developed a strong desire to teach elementary school children and, later, pre-service teachers. I have been able to apply my problem-solving ability to help others learn. I chose Monmouth College because it provides an opportunity for me to make a greater impact on the teaching profession.
I am interested in issues pertaining to male teachers in elementary schools. I am also pursuing topics involving the integration of technology into other elementary school subject matter.
