Ian J. Moschenross

Academic Biography:
Pianist Ian J. Moschenross is an active soloist and chamber musician, having performed in state, regional, national, and international venues. He is also a sought-after teacher and adjudicator in the region, and an active member of the Peoria Area Music Teachers, Illinois Music Teachers, and the Music Teachers National Associations. He has served as a Board Member and Office holder (treasurer) in the Illinois State Music Teachers Association.

In addition to his formal studies, Moschenross has also done advanced work at the Texas Christian University/Cliburn Piano Institute (a prestigious forum for piano teachers held in conjunction with the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition) as well as with internationally renowned artists such as Leon Fleisher and Santiago Rodriguez.
